Nicko’s Guangzhou’s gas deck oven

The Nicko deck oven has a large baking capacity, with the ability to bake 64, 32, 16, or 12 trays at once, resulting in high baking efficiency. The electric deck oven is made with a fully stainless steel body, and its air outlets are made of 2-millimeter stainless steel, ensuring that the outlet is hard and not easily deformed, thus leading to more uniform baking. The motor used in the oven is a 30-year branded motor, ensuring reliable quality and prolonged use.

Furthermore, our rotating oven comes in three types: fuel oil, gas, and electric, to meet the diverse needs of our customers. The fuel oil and gas ovens are equipped with Japanese electronic burners or Italian burners, which have complete combustion and low fuel consumption. The gas-type rotating oven uses stainless steel heating tubes or far-infrared heating tubes, suitable for baking cakes and traditional products, which can achieve the same effect as traditional techniques.

The Nicko deck oven uses three sets of seven-segment air outlets, making it easier to adjust the baking effect compared to other rotating ovens. Our rotating oven is also the first in the country to have a humanized design, including a large warning light device, which is especially useful when baking multiple ovens simultaneously, as it makes it easy to identify which oven has finished baking, thus improving work efficiency.

The Nicko deck oven has a wide range of baking options, including mooncakes, bread, pastries, biscuits, egg tarts, hamburgers, toast, and meats such as roasted chicken, duck, goose, beef jerky, pork jerky, and shrimp. This makes it highly versatile for both home and commercial use.
